Individual 30-minute sessions designed to fit into the working day, offering time to relax, recharge and refocus.

30 min individual pause
Wellbeing at work

An individual pause in the working day

Ineia Équilibre offers individual 30-minute workplace wellbeing sessions, with time to relax, release tension and refocus. Unlike the full energy healing sessions offered to private clients, these shorter sessions are specifically designed for the workplace.

Each member of staff can enjoy a calm, private space, with appointments arranged around the working day.

Available formats

  • individual 30-minute sessions;
  • half-day visits;
  • full-day visits;
  • regular visits where appropriate.

Quotation on request. The quotation reflects the format, location and any applicable travel expenses.

Quality of working life & wellbeing

A complementary approach to workplace wellbeing

These sessions can complement existing workplace wellbeing and quality-of-working-life initiatives. They offer individuals an opportunity to recharge and take time for themselves; they are not a substitute for measures addressing working conditions, workplace organisation or occupational risk prevention.

Relaxation

A short space in which employees can slow down and release everyday pressure.

Recovery

A genuine individual break during the working day.

Stress management

An opportunity to refocus and reconnect with oneself in a busy working environment.

Who is it for?

These sessions can be arranged by management, HR teams, employee representatives or anyone responsible for developing workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Practical arrangements

An initial discussion helps establish the number of participants, format, timings, location and practical arrangements. A quiet space will need to be provided.

Let’s discuss your needs
