Terms & Conditions of Service

Draft for review before publication. The French version remains the reference text, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

1. Scope

These terms apply to services offered by CAS DORINE (EI), trading as Ineia Équilibre, to consumers and, where a quotation is issued, business clients.

2. Individual sessions

Energy healing sessions last approximately one hour and may be delivered in person or remotely. They are complementary well-being services, not a substitute for necessary medical or psychological care.

3. Prices and validity

Standard session: €70. Reduced rate for children and students: €60. Rates are identical for in-person and remote sessions. Proof of student status may be requested.

Three-session package: €195, valid for 12 months from purchase. Six-session package: €360, valid for 18 months. One-session gift voucher: €70, and three-session gift voucher: €195, both valid for 12 months from purchase.

4. Occasional home visits

Home visits may be considered on request subject to availability; any travel fees will be disclosed before confirmation.

5. Booking and payment

Remote sessions are paid in advance by secure card payment or bank transfer and confirmed once payment has been received. In-person sessions are personally confirmed and paid for after the appointment. The bank transfer beneficiary is CAS DORINE (EI); bank details are provided through payment instructions.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later requests are considered in light of individual circumstances, exceptional situations and applicable statutory rights. The final wording on no-shows and late cancellations remains to be approved before publication.

7. Statutory withdrawal rights

To submit your withdrawal request, you may use the online withdrawal form or email contact@ineia-equilibre.com.

For services purchased at a distance, consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Consumers may notify their decision by emailing contact@ineia-equilibre.com or by using the online withdrawal function, which must be activated before online sales begin. A clear statement is sufficient; the model wording below may also be used.

If a consumer expressly requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, the legally required consents and acknowledgements must be obtained during the purchase process. A service fully performed under the applicable legal conditions may no longer be eligible for withdrawal; where services have started but not been completed, any proportionate charge is governed by law.

Where reimbursement is due, it is made within the statutory timeframe, generally 14 days after notice of withdrawal.

Model withdrawal notice: To CAS DORINE (EI), contact@ineia-equilibre.com: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [service / order reference], concluded on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature (only if submitted on paper).”

Before accepting online sales: activate the online withdrawal function, acknowledgement of receipt and required express requests for services performed within 14 days.

8. Corporate services

Corporate sessions are delivered on a half-day or full-day basis under an individual quotation, setting out duration, location, charges and any travel or related costs.

9. Business customers

Private-sector business clients

Workplace wellbeing services are subject to a prior quotation setting out the service, fees and any travel costs. A 30% deposit may be required on acceptance of the quotation, as stated in that document; in such cases the intervention is confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is payable within 30 days of the service being provided.

Applicable contractual late-payment interest and the statutory fixed €40 recovery fee apply where legally due.

Public-sector organisations

Services for public bodies are governed by the applicable public procurement rules, including advance payments, invoicing and payment terms. Specific arrangements are set out in the contractual documents.

Before publication: specify the applicable late-payment interest rate in the terms, quotations and invoices.

10. Consumer mediation

Following an unsuccessful prior written complaint, consumers may contact CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Website: www.cm2c.net.

11. Applicable law

French law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the consumer.

This English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
